We Don’t Waste rescues food that would otherwise end up in landfills and distributes it through free pop-up markets across the Denver metro area. These Mobile Food Markets run twice a week at rotating outdoor locations (moving indoors during bad weather), and they need volunteers for setup, stocking, breakdown, and assisting participants.
You’ll help set up tents and tables, staff food stations during the market, help participants shop using wagons, and break everything down at the end. Spanish-speaking volunteers are especially helpful for check-in, though it’s not required.
