Volunteer at Garden Goodness cooking workshop at Posner Center
Help DUG run a garden-to-kitchen cooking workshop at Posner Center — check in guests, prep vegetables, assist the instructor, and support a community cooking event.
Why we picked this
Support DUG's Garden Goodness cooking workshop — check in guests, wash and prep vegetables, and help run a garden-to-kitchen event at Posner Center. You'll leave with recipes.
DUG’s Garden Goodness workshops connect garden produce to kitchen skills. Volunteer support roles include setup and cleanup, guest check-in, photography, vegetable prep (washing and cutting), kitchen support during the workshop, and dishwashing. The workshop itself runs 10:00 AM–noon; volunteers arrive at 9:00 AM for setup and stay through cleanup until about 1:00 PM.
The event is at Posner Center for International Development, 1031 33rd St in Denver. Open to youth and adults. Volunteers receive recipe samples at the end. Only four spots available — register early through the DUG volunteer portal.
