Why we picked this
Every card in Wingspan carries real species data on habitat, diet, and nesting — Front Range Birding Company staff are on hand to answer the questions the cards inevitably spark.
Denver Audubon and Front Range Birding Company host another free Wingspan Game Night at Kingery Nature Center. Wingspan is an award-winning board game where players compete to attract birds to their wildlife preserves, drawing on real species data for nesting, feeding, and egg-laying behavior.
The evening is casual and social, with several games running at once. Front Range Birding Company staff help new players get started and field questions about the real birds behind the cards.
No experience with the game required. All ages welcome. The event runs 6 to 8 PM and is free to attend.
