New volunteer orientation at Project Angel Heart — May 30
Required one-hour Saturday orientation for kitchen, distribution, and delivery volunteers. In-person at 4925 Brighton Blvd. Sign up through the CERVIS portal.
Why we picked this
One Saturday morning clears the way to volunteer any weekday you want. The orientation is about an hour and covers the kitchen, distribution, and delivery programs.
Project Angel Heart holds volunteer orientations every Saturday at 10am for anyone who wants to join the kitchen, distribution, or delivery driver programs. The orientation runs about an hour and covers the mission, the meal programs, what volunteers actually do on shift, and how to book future shifts through the CERVIS portal.
After orientation, you can sign up for weekday kitchen shifts (morning or afternoon), Thursday distribution shifts, or Friday delivery routes — as frequently or infrequently as your schedule allows. The CERVIS system makes it easy to pick specific dates.
The May 30 orientation is in-person at 4925 Brighton Blvd in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. Parking is on site. If in-person doesn’t work, virtual orientations are also available — check the CERVIS portal for virtual dates.
