Why we picked this
One hour on a Saturday morning unlocks every hands-on shift at Angel Heart — kitchen, distribution, and delivery. Virtual option available if you can't make it in person.
New volunteer orientation at Project Angel Heart runs every Saturday at 10am and takes about an hour. It’s a one-time requirement that opens up all of the organization’s hands-on volunteer roles: kitchen shifts, Thursday distribution, and Friday delivery driving.
Orientation covers the mission and programs, what to expect in the kitchen and on distribution days, and how to navigate the CERVIS volunteer portal where you’ll book future shifts. Both in-person (at 4925 Brighton Blvd) and virtual options are available — register at the link above to reserve your spot.
After orientation you can sign up for shifts that fit your schedule. Project Angel Heart has hundreds of open slots through September 2026.
