Deliver medically tailored meals to homebound Denver clients in your own vehicle. Friday shifts 9:30 AM–noon. Valid driver's license required.
Why we picked this
Load your car with insulated meal bags and spend your Friday morning meeting clients at their doors. Most routes take about two hours and cover a single Denver neighborhood.
Delivery driver shifts involve picking up a cooler of 10–15 insulated meal bags from the Project Angel Heart kitchen and delivering them to clients at their homes across one of Denver’s neighborhoods. Most routes take 90 minutes to two hours, and clients are often home and glad to see you.
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with trunk space. Shifts start at 9:30 AM on Fridays at the kitchen — 4925 E. Kentucky Ave — and you’re typically done by noon. Mileage reimbursement is available.
Project Angel Heart’s delivery volunteers serve people living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, kidney disease, and other serious conditions for whom nutrition is part of treatment.
