Friday meal delivery driver with Project Angel Heart
Drive a route to deliver medically tailored meals to Denver neighbors living with serious illness. Friday shifts depart Project Angel Heart. Car and license required.
Why we picked this
Delivery shifts are the most personal role at Angel Heart — you drive a route, meet the people whose meals you're bringing, and get a sense of why this work matters. Requires a car and a valid license, nothing else.
Delivery volunteer shifts at Project Angel Heart send you out with a carload of meals and a route through Denver neighborhoods, dropping off medically tailored food to neighbors who can’t get out and can’t cook for themselves. It’s one of the more direct volunteer experiences available — you hand the bags to the person who needs them.
Shifts depart on Friday mornings from the Angel Heart facility at 4925 Moline St. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Routes are assigned in advance so you know where you’re going. Orientation is required before your first delivery shift; book that through the volunteer portal first.
About 110 Friday delivery spots are open through late May 2026. If you drive regularly and want a regular slot, the recurring schedule makes it easy to claim the same Friday route week after week.
