Meal delivery driver with Project Angel Heart — Friday
Drive a delivery route for Project Angel Heart, bringing medically tailored meals to homebound Denver clients. Friday 9:30 AM MST. Car and valid license required.
Why we picked this
A second-week-of-December delivery route — a good reminder that winter weather makes these routes matter even more.
Delivery driver volunteers pick up a neighborhood route at the Project Angel Heart RiNo kitchen on Friday mornings and make direct drops to homebound clients — people living with serious illnesses who can’t leave their homes to access food. Routes take approximately 2.5 hours and typically cover 8–15 stops across a Denver neighborhood.
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance. The route instructions and any necessary supplies are provided at the facility. New volunteers must complete orientation before driving a route.
Delivery is the most direct volunteer role at Project Angel Heart — you’re the last link between the kitchen and the client. Sign up through the volunteer portal and select a Friday delivery slot in your area.
