Bag decorating is the one Project Angel Heart volunteer role that doesn’t require a prior orientation. Show up Tuesday or Wednesday between 9am and 4pm with nothing but a willingness to paint and draw on paper bags. Those bags get packed with medically tailored meals and delivered to Denver neighbors living with serious illness.
It’s open to all ages, including kids, and works well for groups looking for a no-prep way to contribute. The facility is at 4925 Brighton Blvd in RiNo — parking on site. No registration required, just walk in.
If you come as a group larger than ten, calling ahead is a good idea to make sure space is available at the decorating tables.
